La estación de tren de Blisworth era una estación de cruce en el London and North Western Railway, el Northampton and Banbury Junction Railway y el Northampton and Peterborough Railway. Además de proporcionar intercambio entre las líneas, la estación atendía al pueblo de Blisworth en Northamptonshire y sus alrededores. La estación fue inaugurada por el London and Birmingham Railway en 1838.
La estación se inauguró el 17 de septiembre de 1838. En 1845, el L&BR abrió su Northampton and Peterborough Railway, una línea que conectaba Peterborough East y Northampton Bridge Street desde una vía cercana. La estación fue reubicada 805 metros al norte en 1853, más cerca del cruce, para facilitar el cambio de trenes.
