Intercity House es un edificio de oficinas de 10 pisos en la estación de tren de Plymouth, la principal estación de tren en Plymouth, Devon.
Las obras para reconstruir la estación de tren comenzaron por el Great Western Railway en la década de 1930, pero se retrasaron debido a la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Las obras fueron reiniciadas por British Railways en 1956 con los diseños de los arquitectos Howard Cavanagh e Ian Campbell como parte de la reconstrucción de posguerra detallada en A Plan for Plymouth presentado por Sir Patrick Abercrombie a solicitud de los concejales de la ciudad de Plymouth.
