La A1206, también conocida como la Carretera Distribuidora de Isle of Dogs, es una carretera en forma de media luna que rodea la Isle of Dogs, en el East End de Londres. Está compuesta por Westferry Road, Manchester Road y Prestons Road y es la carretera principal que atraviesa la zona, conectando partes de los Docklands de Londres.
De oeste a este, la carretera comienza en Limehouse, luego cambia de Westferry Road a Manchester Road en Island Gardens. En Cubitt Town cruza la entrada a los West India Docks a través del Blue Bridge, un puente basculante que permite a los barcos llegar a los muelles. Luego se convierte en Prestons Road, terminando en Poplar. Varias calles laterales y edificios a lo largo de Westferry Road, como Cuba Street y Spinnaker House, tienen nombres relacionados con la conexión histórica que tiene la Isle of Dogs con la industria naviera.
