El Castillo de Comrie es un castillo en ruinas ubicado a unas 15 millas al norte de Comrie, Perth y Kinross, Escocia. El castillo se encuentra en el río Lyon.
El castillo fue originalmente la sede de la familia Menzies. Parcialmente destruido por un incendio en 1487, la sede de la familia Menzies se trasladó al Castillo de Weem. Reconstruido en el siglo XVI, como una casa-torre en forma de L, el castillo fue ocupado por última vez en 1748 y se volvió ruinoso. Ahora está protegido como un monumento programado.
