La Sinagoga Kahal Shalom es una sinagoga sefardí en La Judería, el antiguo barrio judío de la ciudad de Rodas en la isla del mismo nombre. Es la sinagoga más antigua que aún existe en Grecia.
La presencia judía en Rodas se remonta a al menos trescientos años antes de Cristo. Conoció períodos de opresión, por ejemplo, bajo los romanos y la Orden de San Juan, una orden de caballería de la época de las Cruzadas. Bajo los otomanos, la comunidad judía experimentó un período de florecimiento que estuvo acompañado de la construcción de muchas sinagogas. En su apogeo había seis sinagogas en La Judería. La Sinagoga Kahal Shalom fue construida en 1577 y ha estado en uso desde entonces.
