La batalla de Platea fue la última batalla terrestre de la segunda guerra médica. Se libró en el 479 a. C. cerca de la ciudad griega de Platea, en Beocia, y en ella se enfrentaron una alianza de ciudades-estado de la antigua Grecia, la liga panhelénica, compuesta por Esparta, Atenas, Corinto y Megara, contra el Imperio persa de Jerjes I.
