Hóra Sfakíon o Sfakia es una ciudad en la costa sur de Creta, Grecia. Es la capital de la remota y montañosa región de Sfakiá, y es una pequeña ciudad de solo 265 habitantes. Se encuentra en la costa sur cerca del final del desfiladero de Imbros, a 74 km al sur de Chania. Tiene dos pequeños puertos, donde atracan los ferris de Agia Roumeli, que en verano traen a los excursionistas del desfiladero de Samaria para tomar autobuses de regreso a la costa norte. Desde Hóra Sfakíon también salen ferris hacia la cercana ciudad costera de Loutro y la isla Gavdos.
