La Iglesia de la Estigmatización de San Francisco es una iglesia católica construida a mediados del siglo XVIII, en estilo barroco, situada en Buda, Budapest, en las inmediaciones de la plaza Batthyány tér.
La atención pastoral a los creyentes católicos fue llevada a cabo a partir de mediados del siglo XVII por monjes franciscanos bosnios, quienes permanecieron en la ciudad después de 1686 y comenzaron la construcción de un monasterio y una iglesia en 1703. El arquitecto fue Hans James. La primera piedra de la iglesia actual se colocó en 1731 y fue consagrada en 1757 por Károly Zbiskó. La mayoría de los elementos barrocos que aún son visibles hoy en día fueron creados por el taller propio de los monjes.
