La Diócesis de Elphin es una diócesis católica romana en la parte occidental de Irlanda. Está en la provincia metropolitana de Tuam y es sujeta a la archidiócesis metropolitana de Tuam. El obispo actual es Kevin Doran, quien fue nombrado en 2014.
La diócesis cubre partes de los condados de Roscommon, Sligo y Galway, y Westmeath. Su catedral, que fue originalmente establecida en el pueblo de Elphin, en Roscommon, ahora se encuentra en Sligo. Las principales ciudades son Athlone, Boyle, Castlerea, Roscommon y Sligo.
