Cooley Distillery es una destilería de whiskey irlandés en la Península de Cooley en el Condado de Louth, Irlanda. La destilería fue convertida en 1987 de una planta de alcohol de papa más antigua por el empresario John Teeling. El 16 de diciembre de 2011, Beam Inc. anunció planes para comprar Cooley por alrededor de 95 millones de dólares; el acuerdo se cerró un mes después, y la destilería ahora pertenece a Beam Suntory desde que Suntory compró Beam en 2014.
