El palacio de justicia, que fue diseñado en estilo neoclásico y construido en piedra de sillería, se completó alrededor de 1795. El diseño incluía una fachada principal simétrica de cinco tramos que da a la calle Main; había un corto vuelo de escalones que conducía a una puerta con columnas de orden dórico que sostenían un entablamento y un frontón. Había una ventana veneciana en el primer piso, un par de ventanas con travesaños en el segundo piso y un frontón que contenía un óculo en la parte superior.
