Castelfranco di Sopra es una fracción del común de Castelfranco Piandiscò, en la Provincia de Arezzo en la región italiana de Toscana. Se encuentra a unos 30 kilómetros al sureste de Florencia y a unos 30 kilómetros al noroeste de Arezzo.
Fue un común autónomo hasta el 1 de enero de 2014, cuando se fusionó con Pian di Scò para formar el nuevo común de Castelfranco Piandiscò.
