Todi es una ciudad y municipio de la provincia de Perugia. Se encuentra ubicada en lo alto de una colina, cuya cumbre supera por poco los cuatrocientos metros, que se alza sobre el valle medio del Tíber.
El territorio municipal, uno de los más vastos de la región de Umbría, está en su mayor parte compuesto por colinas y una miríada de pequeños núcleos. Los centros principales, además de la ciudad de Todi, son Pantalla y la zona de Ponterio-Pian di Porto, que comprende también la zona industrial de la ciudad.
