El Passo Foscagno, que se abrió en 1914, conecta Livigno y Valdidentro en la provincia italiana de Sondrio. En el alto del paso hay un puesto de control, ya que Livigno está en una zona libre de impuestos. La carretera suele estar muy concurrida debido a los numerosos aficionados a los deportes de invierno y cazadores de ofertas. La superficie de la carretera del paso es ancha y de pendiente moderada. El paso de montaña también está abierto en invierno.
