La Asamblea Regional Siciliana es el órgano legislativo de Sicilia previsto en su estatuto especial de 15 de mayo de 1946. Es el único consejo regional de Italia que tiene el título de parlamento y sus miembros son denominados diputados.
El Parlamento siciliano es considerado uno de los más antiguos del mundo, habiendo iniciado sus actividades en 1130 en la ciudad de Palermo, en el Palacio de los Normandos, donde todavía hoy mantiene su sede. La primera sesión fue convocada, antes de la creación de la casa, por el rey Roger I de Sicilia en 1097 en Mazara del Vallo.
