La iglesia de San Jacobo de Altopascio es un lugar de culto católico situado en la calle Malaspina en Pontremoli, en la provincia de Massa-Carrara.
Restaurado en 1627, ya anexo a un convento de monjas agustinas, el edificio, cerrado al culto durante décadas, fue reabierto después de la restauración que afectó tanto a los murales decimonónicos de la bóveda, como a los hermosos frescos de Antonio Contestabili que rodean el altar mayor, en el cual está colocada la Ascensión de Giuseppe Bottani, así como a los muebles de madera: el coro del siglo XVIII y los altares laterales del siglo XVII equipados con pinturas, una de las cuales enmarca un pequeño fresco del siglo XV que escapó al incendio de 1495 y a la reconstrucción del siglo XVII.
