Forte Cimo Grande es una antigua estructura fortificada italiana en el Monte Baldo en la provincia de Verona. Se completó en 1914 y fue una de las más modernas obras de tiro a larga distancia destinadas a proteger Verona.
La obra fue construida en una saliente rocosa al sur del Monte Cimo Grande a 909 m s.n.m. en la localidad de Spiazzi del municipio de Caprino Veronese en el borde sureste del Monte Baldo. Se encuentra directamente en el borde del valle del Adige, que está aproximadamente 750 m más abajo.
