El Palazzo Piccolomini, también conocido como Palazzo Todeschini Piccolomini, es un palacio de estilo renacentista en Siena. Se encuentra en Banchi di Sotto, en la esquina con Via Rinaldini; cuesta arriba y al oeste de la Iglesia de San Martino, la Loggia del Papa y el Palazzo delle Papesse, también construido por un miembro de la familia Piccolomini.
Ahora sirve como galería de arte contemporáneo y museo. En el segundo piso, una terraza domina los tejados de la ciudad medieval y ofrece una vista maravillosa del Duomo, mientras que en el punto más alto del palacio, una logia en la azotea ofrece una vista del paisaje circundante.
