Este interesante edificio del siglo XV fue el hogar de una rama sacense de la noble familia Ventimiglia, de origen normando.
Llama especialmente la atención la fachada de este edificio, que se ha conservado casi intacta . Admire el elegante portal gótico catalán en piedra local con tallas, cuyo arquitrabe central está decorado con una pequeña cabeza de mujer y dos rosetones a cada lado. Posee también un hermoso ventanal con tres ventanas abatibles de estilo gótico flamígero .
Llama la atención la escalera gótico-catalana que conduce a la planta baja y se sitúa en el patio con sus característicos adoquines.
