Segangán es una ciudad y municipio de la provincia de Nador, región Oriental, Marruecos. Es una de las principales ciudades de la provincia. Según el censo de 2014, tiene una población de 34 025.
Azɣenɣan es una palabra bereber que significa «fortaleza». Segangán es uno de los primeros asentamientos conocidos en la región oriental del Rif. Segangán jugó un papel importante en todas las guerras de invasión española en la región a partir de la primera Guerra del Rif . La segunda Guerra del Rif , en realidad empezó desde Segangán bajo el liderazgo de una figura local: Cherif Mohamed Amezyan, El Mizzian. La ciudad también fue testigo y escenario en la última Guerra del Rif y fue parte de la República del Rif hasta el colapso de esta última en 1926.
