La estación de tren Enschede de Eschmarke está ubicada en el este de Enschede, Países Bajos. La estación se inauguró el 18 de noviembre de 2001 y está en la línea de ferrocarril Zutphen–Glanerbeek. La conexión a Gronau se reabrió en 2001. La estación es operada por Deutsche Bahn. Según la encuesta RailPro de 2005 en los Países Bajos, esta estación es la menos utilizada en el país, con un promedio de solo 57 pasajeros por día.
