Enschede de Eschmarke er en jernbanestation i den østlige del af Enschede, Holland. Stationen åbnede den 18. november 2001 og ligger på jernbanelinjen Zutphen–Glanerbeek. Forbindelsen til Gronau blev genåbnet i 2001. Stationen drives af Deutsche Bahn. Ifølge RailPro-undersøgelsen fra 2005 i Holland er denne station den mindst benyttede station i Holland, med et gennemsnit på kun 57 passagerer om dagen.
