La gare d'Enschede de Eschmarke est une gare située à l'est d'Enschede, aux Pays-Bas. La gare a ouvert le 18 novembre 2001 et se trouve sur la ligne ferroviaire Zutphen–Glanerbeek. La connexion à Gronau a été rouverte en 2001. La gare est exploitée par Deutsche Bahn. Selon l'enquête RailPro de 2005 aux Pays-Bas, cette gare est la moins fréquentée du pays, avec une moyenne de seulement 57 passagers par jour.
