La Playa de Plata es una zona recreativa al sur de Almere. La zona recreativa se encuentra al este de la A6 y el puente sobre el Gooimeer. Al otro lado del puente se encuentra la Playa de Almere y al otro lado del Gooimeer está el Bosque de Naarden.
La zona recreativa aparecía regularmente en las noticias debido a la práctica de sexo por parte de los visitantes, y debido a la vigilancia policial adicional para contrarrestar eso.
