Los propietarios han tenido tres restaurantes en Lucerna antes de establecerse en Slenaken. El anfitrión Urs-Viktor Müller es un cocinero extraordinariamente talentoso, que nos ofrece a nosotros y a los demás huéspedes del hotel una maravillosa cena el sábado por la noche.
