Les propriétaires ont eu trois restaurants à Lucerne avant de s’installer à Slenaken. L’hôte Urs-Viktor Müller est un cuisinier extraordinairement doué, qui nous sert, ainsi qu’aux autres clients de l’hôtel, un excellent dîner le samedi soir. Avec leurs deux filles adoptives, l’hôtesse Irene Müller-Franssen, originaire de Heerlen, dirige l’hôtel trois étoiles.
