The owners have had three restaurants in Lucerne before settling in Slenaken. Host Urs-Viktor Müller is an extraordinarily gifted cook, who serves us and the other hotel guests a great dinner on Saturday evening. Together with their two adopted daughters, hostess Irene Müller-Franssen, originally from Heerlen, runs the three-star hotel.
