La Koornbeurs es un monumento nacional en el centro de Delft, ubicado en la esquina de Cameretten y Voldersgracht. Desde 1945, el edificio se utiliza como sociedad de OJV de Koornbeurs.
La bodega se construyó entre 1295 y 1413. Sobre la bodega se colocó un salón de madera. La bodega se utilizó como almacén de carne, que luego se comercializaba en el salón. El salón de madera fue consumido por las llamas en el incendio de la ciudad de 1536. En 1650 se construyó un salón de piedra sobre la bodega. A mediados del siglo XIX, las condiciones higiénicas habían mejorado significativamente, lo que permitió comprar carne en una carnicería. La sala de carne perdió su función.
