Kelpen-Oler es una aldea en Limburgo y forma parte del municipio de Leudal. El pueblo tiene aproximadamente 1.145 habitantes. La primera mención de Kelpen y Oler aparece en un documento del año 1329, donde Gerard, señor de Horn, cede su patrimonio libre Wessem con todos sus vasallos a Guillermo VI de Gulik. Como parte de Wessem, se mencionan entre otros "villarum de Kelpen et de Oirle", es decir, las aldeas de Kelpen y Oler. Sin embargo, algunos hallazgos arqueológicos, como urnas y utensilios de piedra, tanto en Kelpen como en Oler, indican que esta área también estuvo habitada en la prehistoria.
