Kelpen-Oler è una frazione nel Limburgo e fa parte del comune di Leudal. Il villaggio conta circa 1.145 abitanti. La prima menzione di Kelpen e Oler appare in un documento del 1329, nel quale Gerard, signore di Horn, concede il suo feudo libero di Wessem con tutte le sue pertinenze in prestito a Willem VI di Gulik. Come appartenente a Wessem, vengono menzionati tra l'altro "villarum de Kelpen et de Oirle", ovvero le frazioni di Kelpen e Oler. Alcuni ritrovamenti archeologici, come urne e oggetti in pietra, sia a Kelpen che a Oler, suggeriscono tuttavia che quest'area fosse già abitata anche in epoca preistorica.
