Warns es una aldea en el norte de los Países Bajos. Se encuentra en el municipio de Súdwest-Fryslân, Frisia. En enero de 2017, tenía aproximadamente 720 habitantes. Warns es mejor conocido por la batalla de Warns. En el año 1345, el conde Guillermo IV de Holanda intentó conquistar Frisia. Una batalla tuvo lugar en Roode Klif, una zona de arcilla de nueve metros de altura, en el antiguo Zuiderzee, donde se detuvo la invasión. Casi todo el ejército de Holanda, incluido el conde Guillermo, fue asesinado durante la batalla.
