El puente Merwedebrug es un puente de tráfico fijo en la A27 en Rkm 956,90 sobre el Boven-Merwede entre Gorinchem y Sleeuwijk. La altura de paso es NAP + 13,50 m. En el lado norte, el puente incorpora un puente levadizo, cuya anchura es de 30 metros y la altura en posición cerrada es NAP + 11,90 m.
Es un puente de doble arco único en los Países Bajos y forma una conexión importante entre las provincias de Zuid-Holland y Noord-Brabant. El puente tiene 780 metros de largo con dos arcos de 170 metros cada uno. En la prolongación del puente, al lado norte, hay un viaducto de acceso de 550 metros de longitud sobre el Canal de Steenenhoek y la línea de tren Gorinchem - Dordrecht. El puente fue inaugurado el 15 de marzo de 1961 por la Reina Juliana.
