Doetinchem (neerlandés: tanto Deutekem como Durkum o Dörkum) es una ciudad y municipio a orillas del Oude IJssel, ubicado en el Achterhoek, en la provincia neerlandesa de Gelderland. El municipio tiene 56.100 habitantes (1 de abril de 2011, fuente: CBS) y una superficie de 79,07 km² (de los cuales 0,57 km² son agua). Así, Doetinchem es el municipio más poblado del Achterhoek. La población es en más del cuarenta por ciento de signo protestante y en una parte prácticamente igual de origen católico.
