Wittem es una localidad en el municipio de Gulpen-Wittem en Limburgo, Países Bajos. La localidad forma junto con el cercano asentamiento de Partij el pueblo parroquial de Partij-Wittem.
El nombre Wittem se menciona por primera vez oficialmente en un documento de 1125 como Witham. El territorio fue elevado en 1520 a una libre señoría imperial y en 1732 a condado. Esto se mantuvo hasta la ocupación por la República Francesa a finales del siglo XVIII. En este territorio ya se encontraban, entre otros, el castillo del siglo XIII y el núcleo habitado de Partij. El actual monasterio de los redentoristas fue construido entre 1729 y 1733. Tras el período francés, se formó el nuevo municipio de Wittem, que desde el principio incluyó los núcleos de Nijswiller, Partij y Wahlwiller.
