Uitwijk es una aldea en el municipio de Altena en la provincia neerlandesa de Brabant Septentrional. Se encuentra situada en la Tierra de Altena, que históricamente pertenecía al Condado de Holanda. Uitwijk pertenecía al municipio de Almkerk y Uitwijk, desde 1879 junto con Emmikhoven y Waardhuizen hasta Almkerk c.a., desde 1973 hasta el municipio de Woudrichem y desde 2019 se ha integrado en el municipio de Altena.
