Zeerijp es una aldea en el municipio de Eemsdelta en la provincia neerlandesa de Groninga. El lugar cuenta con 420 habitantes y el área postal con 537 habitantes. Zeerijp se compone en gran parte de edificaciones lineales a lo largo de tres caminos principales: Borgweg, Eenumerweg y Molenweg. Además, hay cierta formación de un núcleo al norte de Borgweg: alrededor de 'De Kamp', Kwekersweg y Noorderstraat. Las casas datan en su mitad de antes de la Segunda Guerra Mundial y en la otra mitad de después. Aproximadamente el 70% del stock de viviendas consiste en viviendas en propiedad. Las viviendas de alquiler se construyeron principalmente entre 1950 y 1990 alrededor de Noorderstraat. Uno de los proyectos de vivienda más antiguos es la vivienda Kampweg 14-16 de la fundación de vivienda 't Zandt de 1919.
