Diepenheim es una localidad en el municipio de Hof van Twente en la provincia neerlandesa de Overijssel, situada a orillas del Regge. Diepenheim es un centro para las artes visuales y es conocida por sus castillos y mansiones, así como por sus jardines y parques diseñados con estilo. Diepenheim es una de las ocho ciudades medievales en Twente. Se originó en la señoría de Diepenheim, que primero fue propiedad de los Señores de Diepenheim y, en la segunda mitad del siglo XII, pasó a manos de los condes de Dahl tras el matrimonio de la heredera Regenwice de Diepenheim. En 1331, la señoría fue vendida al obispo de Utrecht.
