IJhorst es una aldea en el municipio de Staphorst en la provincia neerlandesa de Overijssel. IJhorst se encuentra en la zona del valle de Reest, en la frontera entre Overijssel y Drenthe, y cuenta con 1.550 habitantes. En IJhorst hay una iglesia construida en 1823 con un campanario independiente. Este edifico de la iglesia fue restaurado en 1995. La iglesia es utilizada por la Iglesia Reformada de IJhorst/De Wijk. Por otra parte, la aldea se diferencia en grado de religiosidad del resto del municipio de Staphorst, ya que es mucho menos ortodoxa.
