El Weerterbos es un área natural en la provincia holandesa de Limburgo, situada al noroeste de Weert. El área se encuentra en el territorio del municipio de Nederweert. El Weerterbos consiste en bosques, lagos, praderas y pequeños campos de brezo. Desde 1969, la fundación Het Limburgs Landschap ha estado adquiriendo terrenos en el Weerterbos. En 2008, esta fundación tiene bajo su gestión una superficie de 615 hectáreas. Sin embargo, aún hay muchas pequeñas parcelas en propiedad privada. Tradicionalmente, el Weerterbos se encontraba en el territorio del municipio de Weert. A principios de los años 90 del siglo pasado, se llevó a cabo un intercambio de tierras entre Weert y Nederweert, por el cual la autopista A2 se convirtió en la frontera entre ambos municipios. El Weerterbos pasó a ser parte de Nederweert.
