La iglesia de San Agatón es un edificio de culto del siglo XVIII en el pueblo de Eys, en el municipio neerlandés de Gulpen-Wittem, en el sur de Limburgo. La iglesia parroquial católica romana está dedicada a San Agatón. El edificio de la iglesia barroca es un monumento nacional y un ejemplo del barroco luqués-acanense.
La iglesia se encuentra en la intersección de la carretera de Simpelveld a Partij-Wittem y la carretera hacia Ubachsberg. El edificio está situado en la parte más antigua del pueblo, al pie de la Boerenberg, donde una vez se alzó el castillo motte de Eys. El edificio de la iglesia se encuentra en una colina eclesiástica que está rodeada por un muro de ladrillo.
