El Búnker de Diógenes es un búnker que se encuentra en el Koningsweg en Schaarsbergen (junto a la entrada de De Hoge Veluwe). Este búnker fue el centro de mando de la Tercera División de Caza (3. Jagddivision) de la Luftwaffe y durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial fue el centro neurálgico de la defensa aérea de los Países Bajos, la mitad norte de Bélgica, la región del Ruhr y una franja de Alemania a lo largo de la frontera oriental de los Países Bajos. Diógenes tenía contacto directo con el cuartel general de la Luftwaffe en Berlín. Los alemanes tenían varios de estos centros de mando. Así, había búnkeres en Stade, cerca de Hamburgo, en Grove y en Metz.
