Il bunker di Diogene è un bunker situato lungo la Koningsweg a Schaarsbergen (accanto all'ingresso di De Hoge Veluwe). Questo bunker era il centro di comando della Terza Divisione Cacciatori (3. Jagddivision) della Luftwaffe e costituiva durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale il centro nevralgico della difesa aerea dei Paesi Bassi, della metà settentrionale del Belgio, della regione della Ruhr e di una striscia di Germania lungo il confine orientale dei Paesi Bassi. Diogene aveva contatti diretti con il quartier generale della Luftwaffe a Berlino. I tedeschi avevano diversi centri di comando simili. Ad esempio, c'erano bunker a Stade vicino ad Amburgo, a Grove e a Metz.
