El Waalbrug es un puente en arco sobre el Waal que conecta el centro de Nimega con Lent. El puente forma parte de la N325 y de la ruta urbana S100. A dos kilómetros hacia el oeste se encuentra el puente urbano De Oversteek, inaugurado en 2013. La longitud total del Waalbrug es de 604 metros, y la altura, en el centro del arco principal, es de aproximadamente 60 metros sobre el nivel del mar. El arco abarca entre los dos pilares una distancia de 244,1 metros y, al momento de su inauguración en 1936, era el puente en arco más largo de Europa. Geométricamente, el arco coincide hasta aproximadamente la superficie de la carretera con un segmento de círculo de 200 metros de radio.
