El Stadsgracht es el principal canal urbano de la ciudad de Sneek en el municipio frisón de Súdwest-Fryslân.
El canal rodea el antiguo centro de la ciudad y está formado por el Koopmansgracht, Prinsengracht, Waterpoortsgracht, Kerkgracht, Prins Hendrikkade y Jousterkade. Dentro del canal urbano en el centro se encuentran Grootzand, Kleinzand y Leeuwenburg. El Franekervaart, el Zwette, el Sneeker Oudvaart, el Zomerrak, el Woudvaart y el Geeuw desembocan en el Stadsgracht.
