La iglesia y el convento de los dominicos forman un complejo neogótico en Zwolle, en la calle Assendorper, en el distrito de Assendorp. La iglesia es conocida entre los habitantes de Zwolle como la iglesia de los Padres o la iglesia de Tomás. El convento dominicano adyacente alberga a los dominicos. La construcción de la iglesia y el convento, diseñados por el arquitecto Johannes Kayser, comenzó el 3 de mayo de 1900. La primera piedra fue colocada ese día por el superior general Ludovicus Theissling. La inauguración tuvo lugar el 12 de diciembre de 1901. Desde 1580, los dominicos no habían estado más en Zwolle. Hasta 1965, fue una iglesia-convento abierta, y luego se convirtió en el rectorado de San Tomás de Aquino.
