Noorderheide es una finca con una gran villa de los años treinta, situada en Elspeterbosweg 179 en Vierhouten. Debe su nombre al campo de brezo que se encuentra en la finca.
La familia Van Beuningen compró en 1920 el brezal al norte del Elspeterbos del municipio de Ermelo. La villa Noorderheide fue construida entre 1938 y 1941 por encargo del barón portuario de Róterdam D.G. van Beuningen. Él encargó el diseño de la villa al arquitecto F.A. Eschauzier.
