La Hoftoren en La Haya, junto a la estación de La Haya Central, es con 142 metros el tercer edificio más alto de La Haya. Tiene la función de oficina de recopilación del Estado y cuenta con 31 pisos. Entre otros, el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Ciencia, la Autoridad de Juego, CIBG, la Organización de Limpieza del Estado y DUO tienen su sede aquí. El edificio, que tiene el apodo de La pluma, es propiedad de la Agencia de Bienes del Estado. La gestión del edificio está asignada al proveedor de servicios del gobierno central, FMHaaglanden.
