El Hugterheide es un área natural de 233 ha cerca de Maarheeze y Hugten en la provincia holandesa de Brabante Septentrional. Antiguamente era una zona de brezos con suelo pobre, que tenía la tendencia a formar arenas movedizas. A partir de 1900 se comenzó a reforestar el área, principalmente con bosques de coníferas. Desde 1979 pertenece al Paisaje Brabante, que realiza trabajos de aclaramiento manteniendo los árboles viejos. El objetivo es alcanzar gradualmente un bosque más natural de abetos y robles, con algunos pinos silvestres aquí y allá.
