Esta finca adquirió su forma actual en el siglo XVII. Fue habitada por familias nobles y burguesas adineradas de Maastricht. Tras la creación de un parque de estilo paisajístico inglés, ha sido propiedad por un tiempo de la famosa familia Regout de Maastricht. El parque tiene una superficie total de 18,5 hectáreas y fue restaurado en su estilo original en 1994. El jardín es un área natural protegida y parte del adyacente Bosque Kelmonder. La casa no es accesible, pero se puede ver desde el parque abierto.
