Detrás de la imprenta en el pueblo del convento se encuentra un jardín montañoso con largos senderos serpenteantes a través de densa vegetación. Los ornitólogos han contado más de 60 especies de aves en los árboles que se plantaron aquí hace más de un siglo. En el punto más alto del jardín se erige una estatua blanca de Cristo; una copia de la de Montmartre en París. Un mirador y una gruta de Lourdes le dan al jardín un encantador toque, completo con un pequeño estanque y una encantadora fuente.
